she's turning 18 and i have nooo idea what to get her plus we live in a small town.

any ideas?

You can get anyone anything no matter where you live.  I would get her the Personal Accents Gift Album. It is an array of necklaces, earrings, watches, and bracelets that they can choose from. There are many other different themes to choose from and there is no price amount on it when you give it to her. Just an album of gifts for her to choose from.
