Help with finding my PIN code?

Question

i have my phone and went to ATT mall online and clicked a ringtone

then a text came saying go to this URL

then it said that sorry, parental controls are enabled. update your settings. there was a link saying update your settings so i went there and it said enter PIN

so i tried the last four digits of my phone number and it didn't work

so i went to settings-> check PIN and it said enter a PIN code, only i DONT know my PIN code :O

help!!

Nope...mom and dad probably pay the cell phone bill, huh?  If so, they are the only ones that have the right to add any charges to the bill.  You'll have to ask them or you won't be able to download the ringtone.

Your parents set the pin they have it.  It's a purchase blocker.
