i saw this guy on ninja warrior called GOKU and he had a long red wig and cool robe were can i get something like this.Or get the tools to make this.

You might want to try asking at costume shops.  Even if they do not have exactly what you are looking for, they may have some catalogues they can give you.  Best wishes.
