Help with fitness and diet?

Hi I'm 14, I do 9 hours of gymnastics a week, I'm 5ft7 an weight 8 stone, I eat alot of junk food and need help on cutting down, also I would like to get fitter, I get tired easily and my upper body strength is pathetic, any suggestions?

  1. Just do pushups and stuff, that'll help build your upper body strength, and as for cutting down on junk food, just slowly cut it down, untill theres nothing left.

    And for fitness, try running a few times a week, and maybe some other exercises.
