Help with getting a picture from a video.?

Question

I want to get the picture from this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zMClSh652Is&feature=related at 1:11. I don't have anything to get the picture from it... if someone could explain how to do that, or get the picture, that would be awesome. Thanks.

you could use one of the video stills if one of those is what you need if not download the video put it on movie maker and snap shot it with the camera botton
