Help with graphic dream about friend being decapitated?

I dreamt that a friend commited suicide by hanging herself on a childrens swing set. She threw herself so hard that she was decapitated and her body fell to the floor while her head stayed hung with eyes open and everything.

It could simply mean you should lay off the electronics; spend more time outdoors; eat better.   I don't know.  What do you think?
