Help with greek translation?

Ἀδελφιδός μου ἐμοί, κἀγὼ αὐτῷ

Is that "I am my Beloved’s, and my Beloved is mine" ???

No, it's ancient Greek so I can't fully translate it, but I do know that is not the translation. If you were thinking of getting this tattooed or engraved, PLEASE DON'T unless you know a Greek speaker. A friend of a friend got a tattoo in Greek. Long story short, she didn't ask anybody who spoke Greek if the word she picked was the correct word, and ended up getting a tattoo of some random word that means almost the total opposite
