Help with gymnastic skills please!!?

I can do a handstand, a cartwheel, the bridge but I am not flexible enough to do a back bend. I was wondering how you will be good at it. I mean like how you can become more flexible.

  1. practice a bridge with straight legs

    then try a back bend stand with your legs apart and a pillow where your head will land
