When i was parking, the whole sidewalk was full with cars, and the sign said "tow away snow route"

is it cool my car is parked there? will it be towed even if it doesnt snow in the summer?

i plan on leavin my car there till tomorrow evening, but im scared, so if i have to walk 5 miles and move it i will

  1. Ignore the snow route signs, it's July..

If you have questions, call the Hartford Parking Authority or Police Department.   If you follow the other signs, you will be fine.   They don't check meters on weekends or holidays either.

  2. I am not sure if CT law allows overnight on-street parking.  Some places in that part of the country have laws such as a 30 minute limit on parking between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m.

"Tow away snow route" means that if it snows or is going to snow, they tow the cars so that they can plow the snow without hitting the cars.  This does not happen in July.
