Help with hayfever.?

I have mild hayfever,any tips and advice?

Try Claritain tabs...  when you go out put a thin layer of vaseline or petroleum jelly around your nose as it catches most of the pollen that makes you sneeze.

Being fully hydrated helps in several ways. First it dilutes the histamines your body produces to lower levels. It also allows mucuous membranes to wash easily.

Obviously, it helps a lot to avoid exposure as much as you can to the irritants.
