Im sure its nothing that bad but arrange a date u two can both go to the doctor I'm sure he will apreciate ur company... Also it might be cause he want u to check him but since he's sixteen and ur probably around the same age its probababl just his hormones but check it out anyway (at the doctors)

unless you guys are having s*x, then he has blue balls. Tell him to m********e after you tease him all night long... he will wake up painless each time

if he hasn't masturbated but is continuously aroused then most likely blue balls. just ejaculate and he shouldn't get them.

if he's not wearing undies or wearing boxers it might be due to testicular torsion and that needs to be addressed by a doc
