  1. Ok... I don't know what you mean by "I only play red", but for some dryland tips go to usahockey.com. They have some videos on how to dryland work out PROPERLY. It'll keep you in shape and ready for the camp.

  2. well if your looking just to be inshape so you don't die at the camp my suggestion would be stairs.

    that's just keeping it simple.

    ..& that's why I ran track.

    && played volleyball.

    good way to stay in shape for hockey.

    (coming from another 14  year old, hockey playing girl)

    or else obviously USA hockey.

    can't go wrong there.

  3. We'll you could visit USA Hockey.com because they have some videos and tips about off ice training.  But some of the ones that I do (I'm a 14 year old boy) is sprints that are about 60 meters long, then i jog back to my starting place and sprint immidetly again, this works on my speed and my endurance, because by about the 5th sprint your ready to die.  I started off by doing 10 of those, and each week i added on 5 more.  You could also do a leg exersice.  You squat down, then jump up in the air and land with one knee touching the ground and the other leg up, that always helps.
