I'll break the tie and say D.  Biology and genetics are the central component to evolutionary psychology.  Sociocultural theorists, as the name implies, focus on social factors.

i think the answer is a, because sociocultual is the enviornment or society and thats all they would concentrate on, but reagular evoulution is based on biology and genetics that made us evolve.

or it could be b too. but the over emphasis would be with the enviornment or culture.
