Help with iTunes appreciated, please?

My iTunes has stopped identifying the albums and artists, and just comes up 'Track 1' and so on. This has happened with the last three albums I've downloaded, and there are no pointers to the solution in iTunes' Help section.

Go into Advanced and click 'Get CD track names' that should it
