  1. Ask someone for his fave food and serve that.

  2. Italian beef - Roast (either beef or pork), beer (a good malt one), dry italian salad dressing, pepperchinis (sliced and some of the juice)

Put all ingredients in the crock pot the night before lunch and cook all night.

Serve with toasted garlic buttered french rolls

Have a plate of different kinds of cheeses, lettuce, onion, tomatoes and maybe even a few kinds of mustards.

Also make a potato or pasta salad and have chips with dip.

    My husband love this!

    Hope you do as well!

  3. You can substitute BBQ in the oven.

Bake chicken, pour BBQ sauce on and bake @350 for about 30-40 minutes, ck it to see if the juices run clear....no raw chicken.

Potato Salad, Chips, Pickles and Lemonade.

Serve on a red/white tablecloth and have fun together!

  5. I don't have exact measurements, but it is easy to eyeball this and it has always been a fav in my family for many years with all our friends too.

    Mexican Chicken Casserole

Take a large rotesserie chiken or boneless chicken b*****s and cook and diced up and set aside

In a large saucepan cook heat up the following

can of cream of mushroom soup

can of cream of chicken soup

    1 thing of sourcream

1/4 cup of your favorite salsa

1/4 can of diced mild green chilis

    chicken stock

    black olives

Cook that up and thin out with chicken stock until a little thicker than gravy and add in chicken and salt and pepper to taste.

In a casserole dish put in crushed tortilla chips and put a little chicken stock over them to soften up or you can also layer in corn tortillas.

Pour over chicken sauce mixture and top with cheese and extra olives for the look.

Bake at 350 until golden and bubbly.

You can serve this with a nice green salad and some soft baked bread.
