Help with installing sims 2 university?!? ?

So I recently got the sims 2 double deluxe which included: the sims 2, nightlife and celebration stuff. when i tried to install nightlife i got a lot with absolutely NOTHING! NO resturants, clubs... it said I had to add everything. what the heck? i payed $ for those to be already installed. then yesterday, i got the university...and when i installed..again on every campus: sims state u, academie le tour, and le fiesta....there was absolutely nothing. the only thing i could add was dorms, no library, greek houses, coffee shops, quads. what should i do? uninstall all the expansion packs and the sims 2? Please help me! i'm desperate to play! thank you.

When i had a problem with TS2, all the people i contacted, Aspyr (the Mac EA Games) they told me to remove and uninstall EVERY SIMS 2 THING ON YOUR MACHINE.  Once i did that, everything was solved, although i had a bigger problem, i had missing animations.  My sims would go to sit on the couch and they would pop up ontop of the Mailbox.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling... And also go to thesims2.com and download the latest patches for what you have.

Before you uninstall try downloading the patches for the games you have. Make sure you have the settings showing the buildings and such (you can click them off like most everything else in the neighborhood area) Also make sure you added each expansion to the neighborhood. If that doesn't answer your question then try uninstalling all the games (by going to the control panel and uninstalling that way, not just deleting the games) then turn your pc off, restart it and try again. Wish you luck!
