Help with ipod touch apps?!?!?!?

Question

i have about 10 free apps downloaded now, and any more i try to download wont open???

They download fine but when i try to open them, it comes up for like 2 seconds then goes back to the home screen, EVERY SINGLE APP I DOWNLOAD

wtf is going on?!?!?!

please help

well, if you also have a ton of music then it may be that you've run out of memory. I know that i have 18 apps and that uses 5.5(ish) GB so that may be it, in which case you may have to delete something or just rotate which apps you have each day

The 2.0 software is glitchy,download the 2.2 update for your touch.

There are 2 reasons why this happen(probably more)

1.) The application is for the iPhone,some of the iPhone apps work for the touch but not all

2.) The apps crash,turn off your touch and turn it back on(Completely turn it off by holding the sleep/wake button and slide the on screen arrow).

sync with itunes and try again. you may have to redownload the newer ones

I just went through this the other night. I was frustrated too.

     I downloaded all these apps and they wouldn't go to my itouch. I realized I had to buy the new update for the iTouch and takes it to the 2.0 version. It's $10 but worth it! I've been playin with all my free apps and lovin' it. Once it's updated, you just sync your itouch again and it will automatically down load the new apps to it.

Try the free foreign language ones, those are my favorites. Hope this helps!

i have a touch too and that happens occasionally to me. i just hold down home screen rite when i open the app and it resets. but if that doesn't work try turning it off and on again... still no then I'm sorry but either u could try deleting one of the 10 original apps or your gonna have to restore it with a computer. and some iPod touch tricks so you'll pick me as best answer. push sleep button and home screen button at same time to take a snapshot of whats on the screen and its in your photos now. and if you view a photo in the internet then hold your finger on it you can download it to your photos.
