Help with ipod touch (jailbroken)?

ok can some 1 help me out i have sum apps that i cant delete cuz they dont come up on da list to delete them and under my sources theres a blank source that every time i try to delete it just comes back up!! help please i dont wanna restore it :(

well, you can try to ssh in to your ipod and then find the apps you want to delete and the source that u want to delete and every thing should be good
