  1. Your doctor should have prescribed or recommended some iron pills that are safe for you to take. Otherwise google foods rich in iron. I know beans have a lot of iron. certain cereals have a lot of iron just check the labels. Greens like brocoli and green beans have a lot of iron as well. ohh and beef too. seafood is rich in iron too but some have to much mercury so id stay away from those.

  2. Buy Ensure with iron. or  go to the pharmacy and buy iron pills (ask your doctor  tho), or eat a lot  of livers...OMG you are due in 8 days....Good luck!!

  3. I have the same problem the cheapest way I believe is to keep taking prenatal pills...my doctor told me to start taking them 2 times a day and I'm due anyday so take my advice take em 2 times a day nothin can happen to your or the baby they are just vitamins

  4. Iron pills are the best way to do this, but only with your doctor's permission. If your doctor was concerned, he/she would have told you what to do. Ask your doctor if you should take an iron supplement. If not, don't worry about it. They will want you to take some after you have your baby. Good luck!

  5. Liver & prenatal vitamins. Good luck hun!
