Help with itunes and limewire?

i need someone that knows a lot about limewire and itunes...i had 690 songs on limewire and i was trying to move them to the itunes library but i couldn't.so what i did was go on limewire then tools and options and i changed the place where the files would be saved and i created a new folder on my desktop so the 690 songs moved to the new folder. now i have not a single song on limewire but i do have the songs on the folder. when i tried to open the file in which the songs were suppose to be windows media player opened and it played the songs. that means i didn't delete the songs...what i want is someone to help me move my songs back to limewire's library and then move them to the itunes library...

  1. Limewire recognizes "shared" as its folder. Once you rename the folder it will not recognize them. Honey, make sure you are careful when using shareware, I know many people who screwed their computers b/c of it. People will put worms, etc. in files under camouflaged names. I had limewire and it started messing with my computer so I dropped it and I was a paying subscriber. My daughter's comp. had to be reformatted b/c of limewire. There are people that make viruses just to get those sharing music illegally so be careful. GOOD LUCK


  2. You just have to put them back in the Limewire's shared folder. Go into My Computer, then Shared, and import the folder there.
