do i need to have any heating sources at night for them?

if you have a uth then leave it on. If you don't as long as you don't have an abnormally cool house, you should be fine w/o.

no u need to keep the lamp on 4 12 hours but not at nite

Definitely have a heat pad under them on all the time. That way if they need heat during the night it is readily available.
