  1. a huge scavenger hunt at your local mall!

    theyre SO MUCH FUN

  2. How about inviting a bunch of friends for a movie or two. The invitations can look like movie tickets. Have popcorn.

Go to the dollar store for some boxes of candy to have (the dollar store has the same candy and in the same size as the movie theatre but a lot cheaper!)

set up sleeping bags, bean bag chairs, etc. in front of TV

then maybe have pizza or tacos or whatever for dinner.

  3. my daughter did this when she was 13, she got 13 friends all dressed in the same pajamas went to the mall with their favorite teddy bears and went to see 13 going on 30, everyone turned their head, they were the focus in the mall.  My daughter wore a tiara with a 13 on it! it was really cute, afterwards, i took them all out for ice cream she loved it.  all her friends went back to school raving about her 13th birthday.

  4. Do a bowling party.

  5. I think u should have personal chef party were all her friend can learn to cook and make something specular for your sister. I will be fun and  until you have to clean up the mess.

  6. for my 13th b-day we did a "salon" party...everyone did hair, nails, facials, makeup,  even got some sparkling grape juice and strawberries to go with it. You paired up with a partner and you would do each others hair, nails, etc....after that we had a cook out and slumber party! It was pretty fun...best of luck and Happy Early Birthday to your sister!

  7. main event, bowling or laser tag

  8. Have a sleep over party for her birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  9. my sister just turned 13 and i took her and 3 friends to cedar point. (amusement park)

when i turned 13 my mom rented a hotel room and i brought a bunch of friends and we swam in the pool and ran around the hotel and did 13 yr old girl stuff. it sounds stupid now, but at the time was so fun!

  10. Do a cupcake party.  They are really fun. Just make up a whole bunch of cupcakes and get a whole bunch of frosting colors and sprinkles.  And make sure you take pictures!

  11. mabye she can have a few friends over and have a shopping spree or go to the pool and after they can go to a movie and mabey they could sleepover

  12. Have a beach party...I had one this year and it was sooo fun. Bring typical beach foods and defitnitly have a volleyball net set up! I had a great time. It may be to much for one week but we had 3 days to plan! I only invited 20 people (both girls and guys) but however many is ok. If you can't do a beach party maybe a waterpark party would be cool. Lots of teens find guy and girl parties fun for water stuff cuz it gives you a chance to hang out and get closer to people [;)]...not in that way.

Whatever you choose, I bet you it will turn out great. good luck and happy bday to her!!

  13. pick 5 friends go see a GREAT movie then to dinner the a HUGE sleepover thats means a bunch of movies popcorn, make overs , fashion shows and a bunch of more cool things!

  14. a costume party or a murder mystery party

  15. Depending on your budget, I took my sister and her 2 best friends for manicure's on her 13th birthday. They were only $12 each and they all felt like princesses after. :)
