Help with logic puzzle game?

Question

the game is called "crazy game". it was was made by a company called "price stern sloan" that started in the 1960s. now peingwen groups own them. i need help to solve one of the crazy games. it doesnt matter which one. i can get any of them. at school we are competing for soda if we solve them. its not cheating just getting a head start and besides it will not help me all that much just enough to get the idea. please help
