Help? I need a way that will help me drop 35 pounds. I don't care how long it takes, just maybe under 6 months if possible. I'm 11 going on twelve, I've been dancing since I was 3, but I have always been too big for my satisfaction.

Like before mentioned, I am 11 going on 12, but I am 135 pounds, 5'7" and I HATE it. I look at the other ballerinas and see them little sticks walking around, and I want a nice, HEALTHY way to get rid of the weight without my mom getting worried.

Thanks! <333

  1. your the right weight for your height.

some people have a smaller bone structure.

anyways your too young to be worrying about your weight.

  2. truthfully i think your good

but if you really would like to shed 5 pounds or so then go running around your backyard in the mornning and after school strech 2x as hard

    SITUPS!!!!!!!!!

    are the best !!!!

just tell ur mom youre getting seriouse about ballet and want to do something to get better which will help you

im 5'6 and a few weeks ago i started running and streching more then i ussually do i started out being 125 now im 115

    dont think just do it

  3. If you lose 35 pounds you'll be 100 pounds. You are 5'7. You won't be healthy. You will be like the other girls that are sticks. Have some self respect.
