Help with losing weight and weight loss tablets?

iam on these tablets for weight loss celebrity slim dont know if anyone has herd of them i wanna lose wieght by 11th october i weigh aprox 80kg and wanna go down to 65-70kg alot of work i know i was wondering if anyone could give me a good dietry guide line to follow i dont like the internet ones i like to hear from people who have succesfully lost it also my friend took 2 tablets at a time and one at night could this be harmful to her she is losing weight dramaticlly by doing this but i think she is hurting her body please help iam a health freak but sometimes can go off course please help

  1. Weight loss tablets are extremely bad for your health. Don't refrain to diet pill when you can eat healthy and lose weight. I'm pretty sure that you have seen the food guide pyramid. Stick to that. Try to focus on grains, make  half grains full grains.  

           Calorie levels are set across a wide rang to accommodate the needs of different individuals. The more active you are, the more calories you need to maintain your weight, unless you want to lose weight, then eat about the amount that I am going to tell you.

          Fruits: 1 cup of fruit or 100% fruit juice, or 1/2 cup of dried fruit is considered 1 cup from the fruit group

          Veggies: 1 cup of raw or cooked vegetables, vegetable juice or 2 cups of raw leafy greens is considered 1 cup from the veggie group.

          Grains 1 slice of bread(try for whole wheat), 1 cup of breakfast cereal or 1/2 cup of cooked rice, cereal or pasta is considered a 1 oz equivalent from the grains group. Like I said earlier Make half your grains whole.

          Meat and Beans: 1 oz. of lean meat, poultry, or fish, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1/4 cup cooked dry beans, or 1/2 oz of nuts or seeds is considered a 1 oz. equivelant from the mean tnd beans group.

          Milk: 1 cup of milk or yogurt, 1-1/2 oz of natural cheese or 2 oz of processed cheese is considered 1 cup from the milk group. Choose low-fat or fat-free products.

          Oils: Includes fats from many different plants that are liquid at room temperature, such as canola, corn, olive, soybean, and sunflower oil. Foods that are mainly oiol include mayonnaise, certain salad dressings, and margarine. Some foods are naturally high in oils, like nuts, olives, some fish, and avocados. I would eat the naturally high in oils but not to much. try to stay away from the main oil foods.

          Discretionary Calorie Allowance is the remaining calories after fulfilling your calorie requirements from all the food groups. If you want to use the rest of the calories, I suggest you use them wisely. But you want to try and have something from each of the food groups. 3-5 servings of fruits and vegetables, 4-6 servings of grains, etc. Just remember to follow the food guide pyramid.
