Ok I've been following this for around a month now:Eating healthy, nurtitious foods, with a small treat once in a while.Excersising daily with a morning 20 minute brisk walk(5 days a week) and an afternoon treadmill brisk walk/run for 30 mins burning 630 calories (6 days a week). I want to tone up and lose about 20 pounds. After a month I've so far noticed my body getting toner and little things like collarbones more apparent.but what to do to get my clothes big for me? (I'm 5'6 & 170 pounds around about)
