Help with losing weight?

Hi. I'm 15, 5'9, and I weigh 155 lbs. I want to know how I can lose weight fast. Just slimming down. I've got big legs. Like my calf muscles are HUGE, and my thighs are very....jiggly. ):

I'm very limited on what I can do. I have a treadmill, cycle machine thing, and the lateral thigh trainer. What can I do? And what do I eat? (No seafood, at all). Thank you. Oh, and how long 'til I see results? I'm trying to lose weight in about a month.

  1. Hi only4map. I saw your question thought I can tell you what I did.  I don't know if you have $47 to spend on a diet, but the best one that I've found that works is at http://www.stripthatfatdiet.com.  The reason it's so good is that it taught me what to eat and when and WHY. It's based on the science behind weight loss and isn't one of those fad yo-yo diets.  I lost 14lbs the first two weeks I was on it and that's normal they say, but once my body adjusted to the new way of eating (I get to eat 5 times a day now, great!!) I have been able to steadily take of 2-3lbs per week.  It's really a great way to go if you've go the money to buy it...

    If you don't like seafood, that's OK.  The diet will breakdown what proteins, carbs and fat you should eat and how much of each.  When you eat the right foods in the right proportions, your fat burning switch will automatically turn on and you'll get a boost of new energy from burning the fat correctly.  The diet tells you exactly what foods are good and which ones are bad.

    Im in the same situation as you. Im the same age, except im taller and a bit heavier. I want to tone my thighs and stomach and lose weight but i dont have a date margin in which to lose this weight. Ive been told a month is neer to impossible, no matter how much you diet or restrict yourself to food, or exercise. Its impossible. 4-6 months is much more achievable.

    Ive been told an hour of non stopping on a treadmill as in, run for 5 mins, brisk walk for 2, walk slowely for 1 and repeat. Do this for at least once a day, 5 days a week. if you can handle it, do it twice a day :)

  5. no but i used hoodia  and it worked out the best for me you should try it along with my routine

    go out for runs

    do about 200 sit-up and crunches

    and do a lot of abdominal exercises

    i do all that and i have a nice 6 pack

    i work and go on runs

    but what helped me was hoodia

    it cuts down on your appetite so your not always hungry and you wont end up eating all the time !!! it worked great for me

    it was recommended by a lot of people to try i lost 10lbs my first week

    using them and going on runs every day ???
