Hi. I'm 15, 5'9, and I weigh 155 lbs. I want to know how I can lose weight fast. Just slimming down. I've got big legs. Like my calf muscles are HUGE, and my thighs are very....jiggly. ):
I'm very limited on what I can do. I have a treadmill, cycle machine thing, and the lateral thigh trainer. What can I do? And what do I eat? (No seafood, at all). Thank you. Oh, and how long 'til I see results? I'm trying to lose weight in about a month.
