Help with makeup and hair!!!

Question

how in the world do i get my hair to look like a scene kids hair with out dying it?! and my makeup? i have the layers but my hair isnt to thick. one side is wavy and te otherside is straight as a board. how do i get that and my makeup to look scene??

First off. Straiten your hair.

But If you have flat hair like I do. You might want to get root riser(kinda like moose). Put it at your roots of your hair after a shower. Then blow dry your hair backward(flip your head upside down). This will ad volume, even without the root riser.  THEN straiten your hair.

You can also back comb. It give your hair that messy look. like the scene kids. Use alot of hairspray to keep it stiff and so it wont deflate.

Make up.

Start with foundation. This will keep you face smooth and the makeup on. Black or gray eyeshadow. If you wanna make it extra cool. Use a coloured or light eyeshadow on the inside (closest to your nose) to mid eyelid. then use a gray on the crease(line above your eye when it opens) and the outer edge of your eyelid.  Use eyeliner to line the top lid. Preferably Liquid liner.and make sure its alittle thicker or the outer edge Then use pencil eyeliner on theouter edgee of your bottom lashes. If you want you can use light eyeliner like blue.. or white or the inner corner of your eyes. BUT not too much, that would look wierd. Then use mascara to top it off.

Use a rosey blush on the apples of your cheeks and blend it in to make it more natural looking.

As for lips..You can use a nude color with light red or pink lip gloss. Or a pink lipstick.
