Help with makup,hair and outfit - 10 points?

does somebody wana help me out ok so for like a night where your going to hang out with your friends is it ok to wear a dress and flip flops also uhm what kind of makeup for pale skin blue eyes and blonde hair? can anybody show me some hair and makup tips because i wana go from curley to straight hair but maybe put a bend in it and also is there any cute outfits somebody can show me

yes its nice to have a dress and flip flops and how about using dark eye shadow and some eyeliner and wit hair i prefer curly or try some up-dos
