Help with motivation?

so ive decided that im changing!

im gonna change my weight.

they way i look.

my self confidence.

EVERYTHING!

how do i get the motivation to do all of that?

  1. best way to do it is by actaully doing the action first. think of what youll get in the end. once you start doing it the motivation kicks in. trust me it works. because you want to do it. it should work like a charm


  2. Losing weight: Excersise

    Changing your look: Make-up

  3. Just do it and get off the computer.

  4. Decide what you want.

    Write it down on a piece of paper.

    Copy it and put it where you see it 10 times a day.

    Reread it every time you see it.

    Write on another piece of paper what you appreciate about yourself ,

    what you absolutely LOVE about yourself .

    Put that piece of paper right next to the paper of your goals

    Repeat them out loud every time you see them

    Say this to yourself through out the day.

    "Beauty and Strength comes easily to me".

    "I attract and acquire all the things i desire easily effortlessly and often".

  5. Are you changing because you want to, or because you just are? You must decide what and how you want to be. Once you get there your confidence will go up, and you will be happy. That should be your motivation.

  6. Dye your hair, go to a different, totally new store, go on a diet and exercise!!  Oh yeah, wash your face morning and night with face wash, apply deoderent everyday, shower everyday, stop drinking pop, stop eating junk food, start walking home maybe even running home lol.  Hmm you could change your style.  Listen to cool music you really like, and go by a new nick name!  woot


  7. start working and you will be very surprised at how quickly you'll improve. just keep positive and make plans, don't just keep it all in your head... and you'll be doing great in no time.
