  1. drink something with alot of sugar. My lil one is always moving but i drank sweet tea from McDonald's. At my 19 week scan the tech couldnt get all the measurements on time and we spent an hour trying.

  2. O.J., works the best because it has natural sugars and doesn't contain caffeine.

  3. I didn't do anything special but my baby hated being pushed on so she kicked back every single time!

BTW...did anyone tell you that you have to drink so much....by the time you get to the doctors you think your blatter is about to explode and then they push on your blatter while they look for the little guy/girl.

I really thought I was going to pee my pants.  Then they tell you...go ahead and sit up...

I had to have my husband help me up, because if I used my stomach to help me my blatter wouldn't hold so the first thing I did (didn't even pull my pants up) was run to the bathroom!!

    You have been warned!

  4. Eat. Lots. Eat a good meal and have snacks with you.

  5. Try something sugary, like orange juice. I  normally didn't drink caffeine while I was pregnant, but it took 3 times before my daughter showed us her stuff, so I drank a soda before I went in.

  6. Eat peanut butter and drink a glass of orange juice just before your appointment.

  7. When I had my 12 week appt I drank juice to get the baby moving, and it worked!  My sister in law did some jumping jacks and that got her baby moving.  Either of those should work for you.  Both were recommended by our Dr's.

  8. I drank a coke before my ultrasound! He was really active and we got him to show his parts!!!

I also had lunch before I went. Now that I can definitely feel most of his movements I KNOW he gets really active about 20 minutes after my meals and 10 minutes after I drink something sugary or cold.

  9. Juice is merical ill tell you this right now mine usually is lazy and asleep threw out all mine and last time i had some juice and that got him going he kept kicking away the ultrasound wand hahah.

  10. With my first ultrasound she was sleeping when I went to my second one at 20 weeks they told me to drink something sweet 10 minutes before the appointment so, I drank crystal light peach tea and that had her very active.. Good luck..
