  1. it's probably just air in the lines. sometimes if you run too low the pump will pick up junk from the bottom of the tank

This will clog filters and sometimes jam the pump

If you are putting gas into the carburetor you should only use a very small ammount (1/4 cup or 40mL)

if you turn the key to the "On" position it makes the fuel pump spin for a second or two, make sure you hear it working (its a "whirring" sound)...  Switch from "Off" to "On" 5 or 6 times to put pressure in the system and then go ahead and crank it over

if that doesn't work and you're feeling brave disconnect the fuel line from the carb and put it into a container. have someone turn the key from "Off" to "On" a few times and you should have fuel rushing out. No fuel means a filter restriction or a pump that isn't working. If you get fuel after a few tries then plug it back in and try again.

    Long live the honda!

  2. It might not be out of gas. Have someone check and make sure the coil is working or that you haven't broken the timing belt. If you broke the timing belt it will be time to either get another car or rebuild the top end on the engine. When those timing belts go, it bends engine valves.

  3. If I were you i would get it towed to a gas station and fill it up all the way.  Maybe you didnt put enough gas in???  If you dont want to do that, put a gallon of gas or so in a gas can and put a whole gallon in.
