Help with my Dish remote?

Question

I took the batteries out of the remote 2 use them 4 something else and when i put it back in i try turning the tv on but it didn't want to turn on so i looked online for the user guide and i didn't really get wat they were telling me so if you can help me i have a sanyo tv and IR/UHF Pro remote and its on a 2nd tv my brother has the reciever

I had this same problem. I called in and they told me to do this...

Go to the primary tv and push menu twice. Then hit the record button three times. That should make it work. I know it sounds weird but it worked for me. (use the primary remote too)
