I'm a dancer, and have been for sometime now! But, as I grow older our expectations as dancers become higher! My leaps are not as high as I would like them. My Kicks and Hitch Kicks are not something to brag about either. As a matter of fact... Their quite embarrassing to go across the floor during lessons. And lastly, MY SPLITS. I would not be able to do the Splits if my life depended on it at the moment! I want to be able to do Center Splits, Right Splits, and Left Splits. Help Please? Also, if you have any tips on doing that one thing [[ i don't know the correct termonoligy of it ]], but it is where you grab your leg and take it up while bending it to reach above your head... Along with the Scorpion , and tips on Heal Streches!
