How big is your tank, at least a 55 gal plus?

Did you know that they need to bask under a reptile light for  8 to 10 hrs a day for the vitamin D that  they need to grow.

Leave the heater on 75 to 78 degrees always.

Their water needs to be clean otherwise they get sick easily from dirty water cause they p**p allot.

You need a good filter system!

You need to feed them feeder guppies, goldfish or minnows for protein and calcium daily.

They need leafy greens for vitamins at least 3 to 4 times a week.

Four turtles in anything smaller than 55 someone will be killed off and their growth will be stunted. They are canabalistic and will rip legs and tails and shells of the turtles. They are social animals in the right conditions..lots of swmming water and fish to catch and eat at will and lots of light..

I would start wayching the smallest one for bite marks on her tail and leggs and shell..

  3. well turtles dont grow at the same pace. don't worry the ones that are growing are most likely female and the one that isn't is probably a male. males are always smaller than females. =) its just their thing

    ...........hope i helped..........

    bye

  4. Just make sure that the small one is getting his fair share of the food. If so, don't worry. If not, feed him by himself.
