Help with my arms????

How can I get my arms smaller without doing weights and less flabby? I also have fat under my arm that wraps around to my back.

  1. Try swimming

  3. u need to tone them. work out with weights on the lightest wieght.

    grab 2 cans and use them as wieghts in ur house.

    swimming also helps

  5. To lose weight anywhere you do not need to do weights ! ! ! You can lose fat in simple ways. One thing you can do is just to exercise like doing circles with your arms. Slowly cm-inches you'll lose fat off your arms. Also if you can do the handstand then you will definitely lose weight with your arms and grow huge muscles.

    If you wanna lose fat off your back then what you Can do is hook your feet at the bottom of your bed, then sit up without using your arms then keep doing this continuesly and there you go. You can also lose fat off your back like that !

  9. Exercise. Swimming tones your arms really well, and doesnt make them too muscular. and just....eat healthy.

  10. You don't need to lift weights in the "pumping iron" sense of the word, but the best (if not only) way to tone the arms is to use them. Use two tins of beans and simply do repetitions of some of the below exercises in front of the TV (or whenever). Light weights will tone the arms but will not build muscle mass. If the tins are too light find something a bit heavier but still manageable. You could also try doing some press ups.

    Arms

    Bicep Curls - lift from the waist to the shoulder using the elbows.

    Tricep Curls - One arm at a time raise above your head and bend elbow behind your neck.

    Shoulders

    Lateral Raises - Lift arms straight out to either side to just above shoulder height.

    Forward Raises - Lift arms straight out in front to just above shoulder height.

    (If you want to feel the burn, try holding the tins at just above shoulder height for as long as possible)

    Both

    Hold the tins in front of your chest and perform a punching motion with each arm alternately (don't actually puch - just perform the motion at a moderate speed)

    or do sports like tennis, or swimming.

  12. why don't you just lift weight. it's all about diet and excersice, no easy way around it
