  1. god this happens to me too! i am 17 yrs old an lactose intolerant, attend high school so go figure! its h**l. I had a experience where i was taking final exams about a year and half ago and i ate something i shouldnt have and i got diarreah! my stomach started to make these weird sound and i had to pass gas it was horrid. I am still traumatized by it. Now i am always nervous and feel as if i have to go to the bathroom or have to pass gas. It runs my life.. I usually take immodium and pepto when i don't even have anything, it just calms my nerves. I know its bad, so i am going to try beano see if it works or helps control my anxiety

  2. I think you have to learn that everything is ok, and there is no need to get nervous, nothing is going to happen. It seems you are stuck in a cycle, and you need to break free. Take it one step at a time, why not take a deep breathe and relax. Does this happen when you are around a group of people, or in a certain scenario? I think you will need someone to help you expose you gradually to this scenario and learning that there is nothing to be nervous about. Did you learn to be nervous, did something happen that made you nervous and you fear it's going to happen again? Relax, there is nothing to be nervous about, take a deep breathe and go back to that environment that made you nervous, one step at a time.

  3. Stress does this to me too. Focus - it is all to do with focus. Focus on strengths not weaknesses. Positivity not negativity. Look at what is the worse can happen in any situation & realise that actually it doesn't matter cos you know you can deal with it. Best wishes. UK
