Help with my bebo.com page?

I am doing the about me part...and all of the things like television and movies and all of that. But i don;t no how to use the funny looking letters and hearts and stuff that other people have on there page

I dont know how to, besides codes like if you want a heart, type (L). Watch out though, cause some times those codes don't work. I learned that the hard way. lol
