I used to weight 280 now im at 158 but i just gained to 161 wtf is going on?.... i had not work out in like 1 week. I stick to a 1500 calorie diet.Im a male, 5'9 tall, weight 161 and i feel fat is this normal weight?I also been going to partys alot and drink alot for the whole past week is this why i felt bloated and fat everytime i woke up?
