Help with my brother...?

i know i asked this before but i only got a few answers

i hav a twin brother and he says that i steal all of his friends he hangs out with everyone on my street (cause he met them before i did) and i sometimes talk to them to

so the other day a bunch of the neighborhood kids came to his window(dont ask y) and i went in and was talkin to them for a bit(cause their all the same age) and they asked me to came out and my brither was like no and he said that if i go out then he's just gonna stay in i didnt want him to just sit around while went out with them so i just stayed home

and everytime one of his friends say go in and get ur sister to came out he says that im busy wen usually im not

so do u guys think its fair that he wont let me go outside and hang out even wen they ask me ( i mean he's got a ton of friends and i got noone on our street to hang out with)? and wat can i say to make him realize that the world dont alays revolve around him and that maybe he should just let me go hang out so i dont sit around bored all the time?

Your brother sounds really selfish but most teenage boys are. Anyways, if he is going to be a party pooper then you should just go out and have fun regardless of whether or not he sulks about it.
