Help with my casio exilim camera .. ITS BEING RETARDED !!?

Question

ok so i needed to charge my batery for my casio exilim camera and the light is just flashing red .. and it should be constant red. i looked in the manual and it said nothing conserning the matter. i think i need a new battery and is there a way i can get one for free .. like from the casio company or somthing .. ?

How old is the battery?  What camera model do you have?  The chances of you getting a new battery for free is pretty slim to none.  Even if your camera has a limited warranty of 1 year, the warranty on the battery is usually only 90 days.
