There may be a problem with the site right now.  I'm not able to sign in at all.  The place to put in the user name and password (usually at the top of the screen) doesn't appear on the page.

Why don't you try signing in, closing the browser, then doing it again? If you still have problems you could email them and let them know, it could be a technical problem with their system.

I had this problem too. Eventually it will let you sign in.
