every time i put in simcity soceity the computer makes the disk spin i really need help!

A computer needs to spin a disk to read it like a CD player does, if the spining sounds weird then maybe you didn't push the disk onto the plate hard enough, make sure that its secure before you close the plate

Does it ever load or does it continue to spin?  Have you done anything to your computer since it started this?  Upgrade your Operating System?  What Operating System do you have?  XP? Vista?
