Help with my credit!?

when i was 16 i opened a bank account with my mom i used my bank card too much and it overdraft now i owe them $267 i checked my credit report today and i saw the $267 shouldnt it be in in my moms credit since i was a minor at the time

It's linked to your Social Security number.  Not a good way to begin a credit history.
