Help with my exces fat?

ok i have a lil bit of a problem. i have too much fat on my body like every other american i have the muscle but i also have to fat to go with it, what kind of pill or exercise can i take or do with my current work out?

  1. Just be more active in general.  A good way to speed up your metabolism is to eat smaller amounts, but more often.  Eat a good breakfast, then every 2 hours have a healthy snack. (fresh fruit, a few almonds, half a bagel, etc)  eat your Dinner and super normally.  Stop eating atleast 3-4 hours before you go to sleep.  This has worked for me combined with daliy activity (not killing myself, but like a walk or a half hour at the gym)  As for pills and such, I don't really trust them myself, cause they usually play with the chemicals in your body.  Maybe someone else can give some insight into them?
