when i was at a dance class (irish) i somehow hurt my foot. it hurts toward the front of my foot and it seems like its in the middle of my foot (not the bottom or top). my doctor said it might be either a sprain or a jammed bone. it hurts when i walk on it but sometimes it doesnt depending on the way i walk on it. like when its rolled to the side it doesnt hurt. the thing is, aren't sprains just in your ankle.i have a hard dance camp this week and i probably shouldnt be dancing on it, but i have to. are there any ways to make it feel better? and how long will it take to heal? and will tylenol help?thanks so much if you answer this!
