Help with my hair? ?

Question

Ok, so i want a new haircut for school.

Im pretty sick of the one i have, my hairs longer than it looks.

Its a little past my shoulders.

This is what my hair looks like now;

I already have Dirty blonde hair and im getting light blonde highlights

Can someone help me with a new cut?

Or maybe a new way to do it?
