  1. Ok, that looks great. Except, your handstand doesn't look straight. It looks like you're arching. Try tucking your chin and when you're going into the handstand go slower and take your time. Don't rush through it.

  2. not bad at all. When you kick up, have strait legs and pretend like you're trying to grow an inch aka push up trough your shoulders. Stay tight- squeeze your butt and when you kick up, you can try reach in fornt of you more as you out your hands down. Look at your hands and keep your head inbetween your ears-oh! and remeber where your balance point is so you can kick up to that every time. good luck

  3. its not bad but ur too loose. tighten ur stomach and keep hollow more.

  4. Wow that was pretty good = ]

handstands are very important to get down, they are in basically every tumbling move: roundoffs, cartwheels, handsprings

    ,walkovers,etc.

To get better handstands i suggest doing pushups and pull-ups to have great arm strength. also when your going up try to straighten the muscles in your back and really stretch. I find that doing little push ups while doing a handstand creates great balance. also look down at your hands while doing a handstand and really concentrate. i hope i could help = ]

also please choose this as best answer because im trying really hard to get to level 3. Thanks!!!!!

  5. It's not bad (you have a video yay! so much easier with one)

You can try to push more with your shoulders, tighten your lower back (your back sinks a bit, push it up).

It actually helps if you "grab" the floor with your fingertips, you should try that too (:
