Help with my iPhone?

I just got the new iPhone yesterday and it doesn't really come with instructions on how to work it. All I want to do is figure out how to work itunes and make a ringtone. Everytime I try to go to itunes on my phone it says im not connected to wi-fi but when i look it says i am. I tried to download music on my laptop and sync it to my phone but it wont let me do that either! Please help me!!

you can take it to your apple store and ask there. they will give you step by step instructions on how to use it if you need it. you can also download free ringtones off of ventones.com. They are free there. (apple charges 99 cents to make one on itunes). good luck!
