I was online FINE on Windows Vista and then I turned off my computer. A few hours later, I turn it back on and it won't connect to the internet (thru ethernet) and I diagnose it and it says there is no cable plugged into Local Area Connection, but there is!! I got a brand new ethernet cable, plugged it in my PC and modem, and it still says that there is no cable plugged into Local Area Connection! Help!
